Our Review As you can see below we have looked at this style of tights several times in the past. The changes have been mainly to the packaging but there have been subtle changes to the design too. The latest change has been in the sizing with the previous three size system of Small, Medium and Large being replaced with a two size system of Small/Medium and Medium/Large. This change is common across the Italia range and has been adopted by other manufacturers too. The Small/Medium size is for heights up to 5’6” with hips up to 42”, everyone else will wear Medium/Large. The glossy sheen of these tights is apparent as soon as you open the packet. The fine soft fabric just flows into your hands. Sheer to waist with flat body seams, a cotton lined gusset, shaped heels and lightly reinforced toes. Legs and body both look long, a nice surprise in a medium large size. There was less stableetch than expected but they were still long enough for a 34” leg, the Lycra gave a fantastic fit from hip to toe. Ever so sheer and perfect even colour with a beautiful sheen.
