Our sister site StockingsFashion looked at the hold up stockings version of Trasparenze Cefalu back in March of this year, now it is our turn to look at the tights.
The inspiration for the design of these tights is a rose climbing up trellis. Based on a 15 denier sheer background there is a diamond design (black on black in the case of our test pair) to give the trellis effect. Up the back of the leg where a seam would run on a fully fashioned stocking is the climbing rose design. The trellis design covers the whole of the leg and body of the tights from the non-reinforced toe to the waistband, the climbing rose starts just above the shaped heel and runs to the waistband. There is a single rose on each ankle
The panty section of the tights is finished with a cotton lined gusset and flat seams. The 3 cm deep waistband is attached to the sheer material of the panty by a finger band around 2 cm deep. The waistband carries the Trasparenze Motif on each hip in the same shade of green as the stems of the rose and is topped off with a thin line of pink the same colour as the rose petals. A very well thought through design.
Where the stockings are in two sizes there are 4 sizes for the tights. The sizing is accurate and the quality, strength and stretch of these tights will allow you to go above the suggested sizing if you are taller. The panty is not overly generous so pay heed to the sizing if that is where you need the extra stretch.
Excellent fun fashion tights, perhaps not the thing for the office but perfect in the evening with that little black dress... or just out in the day when you really want to be noticed
