Medium/Large sizing is not hopeful.
Our Review

Construction is an almost sheer micronet leg with a reinforced boxer brief. Raised seams and no gusset.
Legs are shaped at the ankle and the toe is a sandal toe.
The pink floral relief runs down both sides of each leg. Very feminine.
Stretch and sheen indicate quite a high Lycra content.
Sizing was too short to do a full fit test.
