Pretty Polly House of Holland Alphabet Tights

Our Review

We are sometimes asked if with all our experience of testing tights can we tell what tights a lady is wearing just by looking at her legs... sometimes it is easier than others!

These are tights for girls of a certain age and attitude, and not just for the lettering design either; the blue (turquoise), purple and pink colours that our partners are stocking are pretty bold too.

So how are they made?  Well one size is the order of the day, the legs are unshaped and finished with a reinforced toe detail.  The panty is finished with flat seams and a cotton lined gusset.  Sheer to waist, the lettering is knitted more closely to give a darker appearance and is limited just to the legs.

These are well made and beautifully soft tights.  There is masses of stretch so you get a perfect fit whether you are within the suggested limits of “one size” or indeed taller. The colours are bold and vibrant, eye-caching even without unique alphabet design.

Do we like them?  You bet we do!

Should you buy them? Oh yes.
