Leg fit is good even without Lycra®. Nothing special to look at but the sheer toe is a good feature.
Size Q are big in the panty, B would probably be big enough.
US sizes are A (90lB at 5'7 to 150lB at 4'11) B (110lB at 5'7 to 170lB at 5'4 and 130 lb. at 6'0) Q ( (175 to 200lB at 5'1 to 5'6 and 165lB at 6'0) Q2 is for those too heavy for Q.
It appears that A to B gets generally bigger and the Q sizes are for heavier people so they just get wider.
