First impressions of these Chinese made tights are very good, very light and fine to the touch. Sheer to waist construction with a cotton lined gusset and only light reinforcement either side of the central body seam. The seam reinforcement continues to form a 1.5 cm deep finger band below the 3 cm deep waistband.
The legs are unshaped and finished with a reinforced toe. There is a triangle of 20 anti-slip pads just behind the reinforced toe to help your mules stay in place when you wear them with these tights.
Leg length looks to be very generous but there is less stretch than 17% Lycra would suggest. That said these tights will comfortably reach the sizes as described in the size chart and the fit and finish are excellent. The finish on the leg is not as smooth and soft as we would have hoped but the fact that they are almost invisible if you select the right shade for your skin is a big plus that more than compensates.
The non-slip is not as effective as others we have tried but should be enough to make the difference between stepping out of your shoe or not.
It is a pity that there is no sandal toe to make these tights more suitable to wear with open toe shoes but all in all these tights are a hit. The feel stronger than 7 denier so should last quite well. All you need now is a summer!
