These tights are the replacement for the Marks and Spencer Look on Legs Bare Oiled Look Tights that replaced the earlier version of these tights below.
After changing the name and packet last year this year M&S have changed the packet and the design. Aside from the “cooling finish” and a slight reduction in the percentage of Lycra in the mix the biggest change is that this latest version has a reinforced brief. This may make these tights last a little longer but it makes them considerably less attractive, particularly as it is a boxer style brief. The good quality seams and cotton lined gusset are still there, as are the lightly reinforced toes.
The size chart is as per the previous version, but the sizing is less generous, particularly in length. The feel on the leg is less soft than before but the look is still fantastic. Our choice of colour wold be natural tan rather than nude as this gives a far better impression of tanned oiled legs. The one improvement is that the toes are almost invisible once you have them on.
Overall very disappointing when compared to the tights they replaced. Look out for old stock of the Look on Legs Oiled Look Tights rather than buying these.
