Our Review
When you first take these tights out of the packet there is nothing to differentiate them from any other pair of M&S Opaque tights. They feel smooth and soft and have a nice matt finish.
Opening them out you see that they are made with straight legs and are of uniform weight and finish from the toe seams to the waistband. And a very nice waistband it is too, about 5cm deep and satin finish.
It is only once you have these tights on that you can see the lines running diagonally from the from hips on each side front and back. These are not seams but dark lines where the knit changes finish and direction. These lines do slightly spoil the look but they will not stop you getting a perfectly smooth silhouette under your most clingy clothes.
Sizing is very accurate and more generous that the 10D version, the fit is very good although slightly less good than some other seamless tights in the bottom area. Depth in the panty is not great so you may find that the waistband sits on your hips rather than your waist.
The colour on the legs is perfectly even and the matt finish looks and feels like velvet.
Not quite up to Wolford standards but very good.
