Our Review
There is nothing on the packet to suggest just how big plus size tights are, but as Leg Avenue make one size to fit 90-160lbs we can only assume this is for you if you are heavier. The label mentions queen size, relevant if you are in the USA, and helpful is picking out these tights from any other seamed fishnets you may have.
It has to be said from the outset that these fishnets look bigger than any we have seen before, of course lacking Lycra they have to be a little bigger as stretch will be limited.
Another differentiating factor is that these tights are made with a comfort gusset (rear panel) a feature we have not seen in a fishnet before. The back seam is made in one with the toe seams and runs all the way to the waistband.. A seam to the waistband should mean a perfect seam running up the middle of the back of your leg, unfortunately whoever decided to put in a comfort rear gusset didn’t take into account the fact that this moves the tops of the seams over towards the outside of your hips. As a result the seams run perfectly to the knees but then as they go up your thighs they get further apart. There is nothing you can do to get them parallel so regrettably we have to say that these are tights to avoid.
In normal sizing, as worn by the model in the packet picture, these tights should be OK.
