As we noted for the control top version sizing is a little curious in that it runs from III to VI, more or less equivalent to the European sizes 1-4.
Our test pair in this style is size IV, designed for a maximum height of 170cm or a maximum weight of 70kg. More or less the same as a European size II, or UK Small/Medium.
This sheer to waist version feels much lighter in the leg than the control top version, indeed side by side examination shows that the knit of the legs is quite different. The toes are still reinforced but the toe detail comes further up the foot on these , covering even the longest toes.
There is masses of stretch in these tights so much so that a lady who normally wears a European size 4 could wear them comfortably. Body length meant they were worn on the hips not the waist though. The fit was then excellent and the smooth and glossy look and feel delightful.
