Lady Sofia Figural Tights


	Lady Sofia Figural Tights 20 Denier Tights made with 88% Nylon and 12% Lycra Reinforced toes.

	Our Review We were intrigued by these tights as soon as we saw the zebra striped packet; we started to expect a new line in animal print. It was quickly apparent that these were natural colour tights… but natural tights with a most unusual texture, soft but far from smooth. It was only when we opened them out that they are a kind of cross between a matt finish sheer and a micro net. The toes are not in fact reinforced they are of the same weight and finish as the legs, there is however a rip stop to prevent holes in the toes running up into the legs. You could call these sheer to waist tights as they are of even weight and finish all the way to the waistband. There is just a narrow plain strip either side of the central seam and the unlined gusset. The waistband (around 2cm deep) is attached via a narrow finger band.

These tights are clearly made in two halves with a part waistband attached to each half, it is a pity that when out test pair was put together the two halves were not aligned better.

Sized III to VI, roughly equivalent to European sizes 1-4

There is considerably more stretch in these tights than others we have seen from Lady Sofia. Fit is very good and the sheer matt/fishnet combination really works, at least in the natural shade that we tested. The feel on the leg is considerably smoother and softer than a traditional fishnet.

A very nice tight for any time of the year but particularly spring or summer… the zebra style packet remains a mystery.
