Our Review

Although described as Velvet Cotton you will see that these tights are still made mainly from Nylon, indeed when you first take them out of the packet they feel soft but there is no hint that they are 42% cotton.

As you would expect from Kunert the quality is excellent, uniform weight from hip to toe (we would estimate 60 denier), flat seams in the brief and a gusset, not cotton lined as of course it is already 42% cotton.

Fit is indeed very good, much better than we expected, although there was some creasing at the knee when seated.

The finish is matt and opaque and quite soft to the touch.  Where we were less happy was with the colour, it just did not seen very even; something that has to be put down to the fact that cotton is a natural fibre. 

Kunert is a brand that we really like with this particular design we are struggling to get excited.  No doubt they will just last and last, and the cotton does make them feel nice to wear.. did we mention that they are 42% cotton?

A good staple for your wardrobe for everyday wear.
