Our Review
With the colder weather almost upon us (in England it hardly left us this summer) it is time to think about getting our thicker hosiery out.
At 70 denier you would expect these to be opaque, but you can see as soon as you take them from the packet that they are indeed semitransparent much like 40 denier tights to look at. As we would expect from Kunert these are very well made tights with flat seam, a cotton lined gusset and very lightly reinforced toes.
Construction is sheer to waist with just a narrow strip of reinforcement to give strength at the seams and a shallow finger band. The lightly shaped legs look quite short, but there is masses of stretch.
The light graduated support is apparent as soon as you start to put these tights on, strongest at the ankle and hardly noticeable at the knee. On the rest of your leg and around your tummy hips and bottom there is real support or control just the most fantastic fit.
Say “70 denier support tights” to someone and they think of something heavy and functional, but what you get here is smooth and shiny semi-opaque sexiness that feels as good as it looks.
Clearly built to last a few pairs of these will be a great investment that will keep your legs feeling fresh and looking fantastic until the warm weather returns... or next Spring anyway.
