Our Review
As the latest heat wave comes to an end in the UK it is a good time to look at tights that claim to keep you fresh.
Both the look at feel give a very good fist impression. smooth and soft in the hand and very fine.
Sheer to waist with a reinforced toe and a generous lined gusset. The seams are probably the flattest and best finished flat seams that we have seen.
The legs are shaped at the heel as would be expected from a quality brand such as Kunert. The legs do not look overly long, the brief area on the other hand looks very long indeed. The deep waistband (6.5 cm) is half true waistband and half reinforced band providing a transition to the sheer legs.
Once you have these tights on you realise that the legs on size 4 are quite long enough for a 34” leg, the sizing chart is accurate. The waistband does sit quite high and the deep design means it stays where you put it.
Fit is very excellent on the legs and the feel is smooth and soft, the gusset ensures comfort in the body. Colour is very even and there is a soft matt finish with a lovely shine in direct sunlight.
Regardless of the effectiveness of the “climate control” and “odour neutralising” claims these are great tights.
Remarkably it does seem that these tights really do keep you cool, almost as cool as going bare legged. The odour control works too, and hopefully the technology will go on working after you wash your tights.
