Our Review

There is no easy way to say this, these tights look and feel like socks!

Opening them up, they are a slight challenge to get out of the packet, reveals straight legged tights with a very shallow looking brief.  The brief is finished with flat seams a gusset and a 2cm deep waistband.

The legs have a knitted in herringbone type pattern and reinforced toes.  Some care is required to get the pattern running vertically without twisting up your legs, nut the finished look is worth the effort.

The knit and the small amount of Lycra give a surprising amount of stretch, enough for size C to fit 34” leg and for the waistband to sit properly on the waist.

A very textured pair of tights that nevertheless feels reasonably soft on the legs. Less warm than wool opaque tights these are full of surprises.  The look and feel far better than we expected and at £3 are are real bargain.  A great alternative to black sheers in the winter months, cool enough for spring.
