As is often the case with Jonathan Aston the packet gives little or no clue as to what to expect inside.  We have to thank our friends at Stockings Direct for the brief description above.

Visually the first impression is of a standard opaque tight, but when you handle them you can feel the pattern: it is only when you look more closely that you see the raised design from which the style gets its name.

Construction is to a high standard with flat seams in the brief and a cotton lined gusset.  The legs are unshaped and the pattern runs from waistband to toe without interruption.

Sizing is accurate with plenty of stretch if you are little taller, but limited room in the panty if that is where you need extra space. These are very comfortable tights.

As for the design, it is highly visible and makes a very attractive change from plain opaque hosiery.  Any combination of skirt length and footwear would work but it would be a pity to wear a long skirt and boots, these are tights for your legs to show off in. 

Don’t let the name mislead you into thinking these are tights for teenagers with an excessive liking for black, they are classy tights for women of any age.

Buy some before the weather gets to hot!
