As you can see Hudson put their “B-sortment” tights in a plain packet. B-sortment are what we in the UK would call seconds, so we expect to find some sort of flaw in these tights that stops Hudson selling them in their regular packaging. B-sortment are normally supplied to department stores for their sales, hence the €3.50 price.
These tights are at the cheap end of the Hudson range. They have straight shiny legs finished with a reinforced toe with a run stop; the panty is matt finish and comes a little way down past the gusset; a boxer style brief. The seams are well finished, but not flat, and the gusset is unlined.
When you slip into these tights it appears that the 3% Lycra is entirely in the panty, the legs being 100% nylon. The legs have the feel, and the look of classic 100% nylon stockings, the panty although not great to look at fits well and does a good job of keeping the legs in place.
The legs look and feel smooth, fit very well and have a perfect even colour. The real treat from the legs though is when you cross your legs, they feel wonderful and anyone close by will be rewarded with that classic swishing nylon sound.
We couldn’t see why these tights were marked down for quality.. Our suspicion is that they used regular stock but discount packaging to protect the brand. Not uncommon and a real bonus if you are cute enough to stock up in the sale.
