Our Review
The smooth finish of these tights was apparent as soon as we took them from the packet, as was their softness.
These semi-opaque tights are made sheer from the reinforced toes to the deep waistband and finger band that are one of their main design features. The aim of such deep bands, each about 3.5cm, is to give the very best levels of comfort. We were a little surprised to see that Hudson did not include flat seams too, likewise with the lack of a cotton lining to the gusset.
Fit is very good, the 5% Lycra being just enough to make sure there is no loss of shape. Sizing is spot on and there is no escaping the fact that these are really soft, smooth and comfortable tights. A real treat for your legs.
They look as good as they feel, perfect even colour and a subtle satin sheen to the matt surface in the right light. You could wear these tights for work, out shopping with a smart pair of boots or show your legs off with shorts or a mini skirt. A wider range of colours would be nice but both the dark brown and the black look great.
If these tights had flat seams they would be close to perfect.
