So great first impressions, how about detailed examination.
Sheer to waist with fully shaped legs, invisibly reinforced toes that look even more sheer than the legs and flat seams in the panty. All finished to the very best quality. The waistband is quite deep at 3cm and there is a shallow finger band and a narrow reinforced area between the sheer material and the waistband and seams.
Our test pair is in size 4 so there is a back panel of the same weight as the seam reinforcement rather than a cotton gusset.
On the leg the finish has a nice sheen, glossy if the light is from the right angle like in the picture. The feel is not as smooth as we expected but the upside of this is that when you cross your legs there is a lovely swishing sound.
Sizing is pretty well spot on, with enough stretch to go down a size if you are borderline. Back panels are not to everyone’s taste, but in this case the fit and feel is much better than average. Fit and evenness of colour are both excellent.
There is a lot of excellent hosiery to be found at 30 denier, we just found another style to recommend.
