Vika 40 is one of two styles of this name in the basic range from Gracia, the other being the heavier Vika 20.
Made in 5 sizes (2-6), all sizes have a boxer style brief while the two largest have a comfort rear panel.
The construction follows the same simple formula as the rest of the Gracia basic range, that is straight legs with reinforced toes, a simple seam in the panty and aside from the comfort panel in the larger sizes no gusset.
40 denier can be a tricky weight, some 40 denier tights are very nearly opaque, these are most definitely semi-sheer. The finish on the leg has perfect even colour and just a little more sheen than the 20 denier version. Quite smooth and soft to the touch on the leg but rather rougher in the panty.
The 12% Lycra provides for plenty of stretch and an good fit that is only let down by the lack of a gusset. Sizing is accurate with a good range of sizes to allow you to choose one perfect for you.
As durable everyday tights this style represents good value with a classy enough finish for you to leave them on for the evening too.
