Gipsy Double Ribbed Tights

There are no notes on the packet so here is our review.

The ribbing runs the full length of the straight legs, right up to the 3 cm deep waistband.

The body seams are flat and there is an unlined gusset.

Our Review

Thank you to Sophie to reviewing and modelling these tights for us. We looked at this style and the Gipsy Ribbed Pinstripe Tights together as they appeared quite similar in the look there were trying to give.

This was the more expensive of the two design, the higher price being a result of the detailing, flat seams and a gusset, and the more advanced fibre mix.

21 % Nylon, 4 % Lycra, 75 % Viscose, Price: £7.99

We had expected these to be the better of the two, and in terms of fit it did have a slight edge. 

Sophie’s only problem with these tights was that is was quite difficult to see the ribbing detail on the legs.  In the photo above we had to up increase the brightness to bring up the detail.

Nicely made tights, warm and comfortable with a ribbed design that accentuates the length and shape of your leg.

Just shaded by its slightly cheaper “cousin”.
