No money has been wasted on fancy packaging. You get three pairs of tights compressed into a pack just a little larger than a long cigarette packet.
Once you extract a pair and stretch it back to something like its natural shape you feel that these tights are quite stretchy and reasonably soft to the touch.
Construction is unremarkable, straight legs with a reinforced toe, boxer brief with no gusset and raised seams.
Sizing is not generous but it is accurate, the lack of Lycra just prevents stretch beyond the sizes on the chart. There is just a little more stretch than you get with the otherwise very similar Gipsy Sheer Smooth Knit Tights. This gives these just the edge in fit but at the expense of being less soft to the touch.
The look on the leg is pretty good with even colour. For 75p you can’t expect a lot. We would still rather pay more for something better that may last longer.
