	Our Review The 2% silk in these tights is in the gusset, in common with several other Gerbe designs this takes the form of a comfort rear panel. Excellent detailing from Gerbe, flat body seams and the usual high quality waistband. Unusually for Gerbe these tights have a reinforced brief, but the material is not much different in thickness to the legs. The foot detailing is great too, a proper reinforced heel in the style of classic nylons, and a reinforced toe with good quality seaming.

The way the legs are knitted gives great stretch despite the absence of Lycra. This stretch together with the fully shaped heel means you get a great fit from hip to toe.

Colour on the leg is perfectly even with a nice matt finish. On the leg the texture is reasonably smooth, but not so smooth that you don’t get a delightful swish when you cross your legs.

The sort of quality we have come to expect from Gerbe. If you like matt finish tights with no Lycra these are about as good as you can get.
