There is no sizing on the packaging of our preproduction sample. So we just could guess and try! Taking the tights out of the packet they looked quite short and our webmaster was a little sceptical if they would fit me (our tallest tester) but our test pair was my favourite colour (Burgundy) and I couldn’t resist giving it a careful try. And indeed, with the high content of Lycra they stretched very well. We have no doubt that sizing is as accurate as is usual for Gerbe. These tights are made with flat seams, a silk-lined gusset and a 2 cm deep waistband with the Gerbe-motif attached to a 1 cm narrow finger band. Legs are straight with just a slightly shaped heel and reinforced toes. The special on these tight is the design feature looking like honey-combs. It’s not too striking to wear for just an ordinary day out or for work but still extraordinary enough to stand out! These are good-quality tights as we would expect from Gerbe. Fit is excellent and the Burgundy-colour we tested looked beautiful and even. These tights are not yet on normal sale but only available direct from Gerbe but well worth the effort!
