	Our Review Keen followers of hosiery fashion will know that the name “fatal” is usually associated with Wolford tights that are entirely seam free, including the panty section. These tights from Gerbe are altogether different in that they have back seams as well as seams in the panty. These tights ooze class, they are packed in such a way that you can see the Gerbe motif on the card through the sheer material of the tights. Unwrapping them you find a quality control slip, in this case Christiane had taken time to ensure our tights were perfect. As you take them in your hand for the fist time you can’t help but feel that these tights are flowing over your fingers. Smooth soft and very sheer. Construction as as you would expect at this price and quality, perfect flat seams in the panty, a silk lined gusset, a fully shaped reinforced heel and a sheer toe.

We are always concerned with tights that have seam and heel details that they will not fit properly on a larger foot. Happily with these tights unless you wear bigger than a UK size 10 you will be able to get the heel correctly positioned. You need to take care as you ease them up your legs to stretch them evenly, they did not look very long, but with careful smoothing we found that the large size (4) would fit a 34” leg.

Once on these tights fit like a second skin and look and feel far more sheer than 15 denier. The colour is perfectly even. The seams run all the way from the fully fashioned heel to the Gerbe motif waistband, the seams ran perfectly straight first time, and even survived the leg crossing test... Incidentally the way these tights feel and sound when you cross your legs this is just as well, you may find yourself crossing your legs just for the fun of it.

These are far and away the sexiest seamed tights we have tested to date. A must for every woman who wants to be noticed out in the evening, or wants to create a stir during the day.
