	Our Review We are always pleased to see new tights from Gerbe, they are fast becoming one of our favourites. This style is unusual in that there are six sizes, with 1-4 the emphasis is on more length, 5-6 add lots of width. The quality of these tights is evident as soon as you open the packet, and the quality control slip from “Marie” is a nice touch. These tights are very smooth in the hand, soft too. Detailing is interesting, sheer to waist, flat seams, silk lined gusset and the classy Gerbe waistband are what we have come to expect, as are the shaped legs and lightly reinforced toes. It is the panty detail that stands out, it is styled far shorter at the back to give a g-string effect.

Size 4 proved to be quite long enough for a 34” leg, the fit in the brief area was generous too. You would need to be a very large lady to need sizes 5 or 6.

The colour is very even but the knit of these tights is quite visible, they will not be mistaken for less than 20 denier. The slight sheen and sheer quality mean that these tights show off every curve of your leg. The feel on the leg is smooth and soft, but not so smooth and soft as they felt in the hand.

The panty detail, and the silk lined gusset, means that these tights are best worn without underwear. The g-string detail is very flattering on the bottom.
