Fiore describe these simply as “Patterned Tights” but they do give some clues as to their likely quality by adding the small print “Golden Line Collection” which to those in the know picks this style out as some of their finest work.... in their view.
Initial impressions from look and feel are of fishnet tights although closer inspection reveals that the net design is a little more intricate than your typical fishnet. Overall detailing is good. Knitted with no seam other than those that close the small plain reinforced toes these tights feature a cotton lined gusset in sizes 2, 3 & 4 to ensure optimum fit and comfort.
Fit and sizing are a little unusual. The sizing is certainly accurate and there is the usual feature of fishnets that they will stretch long and longer if you try potentially leaving the waistband up my your breasts... but for perhaps the first time we have to warn about lateral stretch in the thighs, this is a slim fitting style, OK for average to athletic legs but best avoided if you are particularly heavy in the thigh .
As for the styling, we love it! As a fishnet design this is a class apart from regular net and it is taken to new heights by the lace pattern knitted into the thigh. All over lace can be a bit much, and plain fishnet can give the wrong impression, but this combination is near perfect.. you simply have to show it off!
