If you are not familiar with Fiore they divide their tights styles into a number of ranges, Fiore Trina Tights are part of the Street range which is aimed at younger fashion conscious women.
We never fail to be impressed with the quality that Fiore deliver at very reasonable prices. First impressions of these tights are of softness and that they should be expensive.
Being more objective, Fiore have gone for a sheer to waist construction so the pattern runs from the back of the reinforced toe all the way to the waistband. The panty features a cotton lined gusset (sizes 3&4) and flat seams, all put together to a high standard.
The pattern, loosely based on the stripes of a zebra, is entirely knitted in and remains well defined even when fully stretched. A design with such strong horizontal components could make legs look shorter and fatter but Fiore have cleverly included a pale vertical line that runs up the outside of each leg. Take care to get this line straight and it will draw the eye and have a slimming effect.
Fit is good and sizing is on the generous side of accurate for length but slightly on the slim side in the hips.
The choice of colours, black, grey and purple means these are tights best suited to the cooler months of the year. Despite being only 40 denier the soft microfibre means that they are warm enough for colder weather too.
Smart, stylish and sensibly priced... what more could you ask.
