20 Denier, 92 % Nylon, 7 % Lycra, 1 % Cotton, Price: £14.00

The brief is finished with slat seams and and a cotton lined gusset. The waistband is about 2cm deep and otherwise unremarkable.

The legs have a nice soft feel to them between the 8 vertical stripes that run from the lightly reinforced toes to the bottom of the panty.

There is some shaping at the heel.

On the upper thigh the the eight vertical lines become sixteen and they are joined together by a series of zig-zags.

Mel loved the design but she had a few reservations.  Firstly she had a slight struggle to get all the lines running vertically, the same problem you can get with seamed stockings only 8 times as bad.  So you need to be in no hurry when putting these tights on.

Her second reservation was that these tights look much better on a very long straight leg than on legs like hers that are very shapely.

That is not to say that she did not like them. They were well made, as we would expect from Falke, and very comfortable.  Sizing was in line with the chart on the packet.
