Our Review

We last looked at Ergee tights back in 2006 when we were most impressed by their Satin Tights.  Those were pure fashion tights, these on the other hand are designed to provide support and some massaging effect in addition to the visual enhancements to your legs.  We suspect that it is the support and compression that add vigour and vitality rather than the glistening effect.

There is no size chart on the packet but as this is a German brand then the sizing 44-46 on the packet tells a German buyer all they need to know. Fortunately our friends at Tights4You provide a size chart on their site if you are not familiar with German sizing.

First impressions are excellent, smooth soft and almost liquid in your hands these tights just beg to put on.  Construction is high quality with reinforced toes, shaped heels, flat seams in the panty and a cotton lined gusset in the smaller sizes.  44-46 is classed as x-large and has a comfort rear panel rather than the cotton lined gusset.  The narrow t-reinforcement either side of the seams provides added strength and durability.

The compression is noticeable as you start to put these tights on but it is very subtle and is more of a caress than a squeeze once on your leg.  The fit is excellent and the sizing is spot on. The deep soft waistband ensures a comfortable fit.

The gloss finish and perfect even colour are a delight to look at, should you find yourself running your fingers over your leg the soft smooth finish is a delight too.

Exceptionally good tights that we highly recommend for any time of the day, perfect if you spend a lot of time on your feet.
