Although Emilio Cavallini call these tights leggings you could quite happily use the term footless tights or Capri tights depending on where you decided to set the cuff on your leg.  We would not call them leggings as we feel that at 40 denier they are too sheer for that description and and the boxer brief means that you really would need to wear these tights under a skirt or shorts.

So they are tights!.  The seams in the brief are flat and well made and there is a lined gusset, the waistband is a simple and plain and around 2 cm deep.

The legs are very soft and shiny and finished with a simple cuff around 1 cm deep.

These are one size tights, one size fits all as the packet says.  We were all set with the jokes about it meaning two sizes, “too big” and “too small” but the fact is that they are very strong and well made and exceptionally stretchy. If you are at the larger end of the size range, either tall or full in the hips then we have a tip for getting a good fit.   Start putting these tights on like any other but pull the leg cuffs up to just below your knees before trying to pull them right up; once you have the waistband and gusset correctly placed then smooth the tights down you legs to get the leg cuffs where you want them. This is the reverse of how you would normally put tights on but it works and you are rewarded with an excellent fit.

The finish on the leg is soft, the colour is even and the finish flatteringly shiny. Pair with heels in a complementary colour for a really hot look. 

If you are looking a little pale for want of sunshine why not pair these tights with ultra sheer tan/nude tights for that healthy summer glow between leggings and shoes.

Highly recommended for the Spring, good enough quality to last through the summer too!.
