This is a brand of hosiery from Thailand, my thanks to my very good friend Chotima for sending a sample pair.
Apparently despite the heart and humidity in that part of the World hosiery is common in air-conditioned offices in the cities.
Another Thai friend, Rae, tells us that this is a very famous low cost brand of “Thung Nong” in Thailand and that all her friends wear it. “Thung Nong” being Thai for tights. Her own choice is a brand called Wacoal.
Domestic brands of tights are not popular with better off women in Thailand, particularly Bangkok, where imported hosiery is much preferred.
