Our Review
There is a marked contrast between the sheer, glossy legs and the dull ordinary boxer brief of these tights. The brief is finished with good quality seams and a cotton gusset, but we can’t help but feel that another few pence on the price could have given us flat seams.
The legs are straight and finished with a reinforced toe, no open toe shoes with these please. You can feel the graduated compression as you put your hand down a leg to inspect it.
The compression is even more obvious once you have them on, very strong around the ankle and quickly dropping off from there, compression just where you need it.
The glossiness evident in the hand is lost almost entirely on the leg, with just a hint of sheen from the Lycra in the right light. The fit is good and the sizing is accurate. Comfortable and practical tights for the working day, but ones you would want to change before a night out.
Essentially a heaver and slightly more compressive version of the Charnos Light Support Tights somehow these don’t have the same appeal, unless you need the stronger compression or heavier denier go for the lighter tights.
