We looked at these tights at the same time as the Charnos Boudoir Scantihose. Both sit right on the very edge between stockings and tights.

In this case we would say that these are indeed tights, but that are very open in the brief area, with just four straps attaching the legs to the waistband.

The legs are sheer with a satin finish and the toes are very lightly reinforced.  The top of the leg is finished with a 2 cm deep cuff that is integral with the “suspenders” and waistband.  Think 15 denier sheer tights with a 60 denier long leg panty top, then cut away all the panty aside from two narrow strips at the front and two wide ones at the back and you will be there.

So long as you remember to put your legs through the waistband before stepping into the legs they are quite easy to put on, just put them on like regular sheer tights.

The look and feel very nice on the leg, excellent even colour.  Perhaps not as sexy as genuine stockings and suspenders they do give you freedom of movement and a nice cool fresh feel.

These tights really do what they set out to do, and we think they combine some of the advantages of stockings with those of tights. Perhaps not for everyday but something different for the night out, or day we say in the boudoir for a night in
